On point and personable
This company is amazing. From the start, the service has been on point and personable. The water filter we go for the kitchen sink was quickly installed and the water is just as clean and great tasting as they advertised. Chad was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with teaching me about the system and how to care for it. We had an incident where to much water pressure from outside affected the filter system and created a leak which flooded my kitchen. This would have normally been a huge issue and concern, but James came out to my house immediately to help us resolve the issue and even clean up! I cannot state it enough how wonderful the people are in this organization and how quality the product is they provide.
