Chad from One Green Filter is Pure Excellence in Customer Service and goes far and beyond to be sure his customers are fully taken care of and informed of every detail regarding their water & water systems. From the moment you meet him you will feel as if you’ve reunited with an old and dear friend as his personality is friendly and bright yet not at all pushy or intimidating. Chad noticed a leak in our faucet that had been there but we just had not gotten around to fixing it so he asked if it was OK if he could fix it since he had the part in his truck and to our surprise he replaced it without even charging us!!! We love our new water system as our skin & hair has never felt so silky smooth and the drinking water is delicious! The team at One Green Filter is also excellent in their customer service, the entire company gets an A+ from my family! This is a company that’s top notch and I am certain, that if you give them the opportunity, you will be equally as impressed as my family and I are!
