James was our system’s engineer explaining that we had hard water and installing a water softener in our garage and an Reverse Osmosis water purifier under our kitchen sink. We noticed a difference in our showers right away. Our drinking water is purified which means no more bottled water purchases. James was knowledgeable, courteous, and a good listener. We are using their quarterly and annual replenishment services and will highly recommend them for water filtration.
